In particular, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. The car is usually the best way to navigate Humber Bay. Coming across a place to park is easy, and most houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as F G Gardiner Expressway.

The closest grocery store in this part of Toronto is typically only a rather short walk away. A small number of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. With regards to education, it is a rather short walk to get to daycares and schools from anywhere in this part of the city.

Humber Bay offers a wide variety of green spaces to enjoy, despite its sometimes busy atmosphere. Lastly, this neighbourhood has many sections that are very calm and quiet, although other spots can be noisy, especially close to F G Gardiner Expressway or the railway line.
