Transportation

Cedarvale affords homeowners the choice between a diversity of methods of transportation. This part of Toronto is very transit friendly as a result of Eglinton West Station - Southbound Platform with access to the Line 1 (Yonge-University), and around 10 nearby bus lines. Walking is also especially feasible for residents in this part of the city; most daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle, and various businesses are fairly close at hand. A fair number of people in the area use their bike since the bicycling network is good.

Services

Daycares and schools are straightforward to reach without a vehicle from any location in this area. Families are served by public and private elementary schools. Regarding eating, it is straightforward to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store by foot from any location in this neighbourhood. Likewise, there is usually a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.

Character

The character of Cedarvale is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in this part of Toronto are very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
