Port Dalhousie is a neighbourhood within St. Catharines, Ontario, which is located in the St. Catharines - Niagara metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred transportation option in Port Dalhousie is usually driving. It is very easy to park, and the majority of properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way. On the other hand, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most residences. This neighbourhood is not especially appropriate for cycling since there is a considerable amount of hills, and the cycling infrastructure is not particularly comprehensive. It is also inconvenient for people travelling on foot to move around in Port Dalhousie as running common errands is impractical without a vehicle.
