It is straightforward to come across a place to park, and the majority of properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way. North Beamsville is not especially suitable for those who travel by foot because running day-to-day errands is impractical. Commuting by bicycle is also challenging in this part of Lincoln as the area is not particularly flat, and the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.

Services

In terms of education, daycares and schools are easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in North Beamsville. At the secondary level, there are both public and private schools.

Character

North Beamsville is great for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic near Queen Elizabeth Way or the railway line. Parks aren't well-distributed, which makes it very difficult to reach them.

Housing

About 85% of the dwellings in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners and the rest are rented. In this part of the town, about 60% of buildings are single detached homes, but townhouses are also present in the housing stock. Around one quarter of homes in this area were built following the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1960s. This neighbourhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
