Transportation

Devonsleigh is a fairly convenient part of Richmond Hill for getting around by car. Finding a place to park is quite easy. However, Devonsleigh is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, rapid transit stations, including Yonge / Elgin Mills, Yonge / 19th-Gamble and Bernard Terminal Platform 2 on the Viva Blue, are typically a short distance away from the bulk of homes in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Cycling is easy in Devonsleigh. This neighbourhood is not especially well-suited for pedestrians since few day-to-day needs can be carried out without a vehicle.

Services

The nearest grocery store in Devonsleigh is usually only a reasonably short walk away. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest building boom between 1990 and 2000, so most of the available properties are from this era.
