Pido is a neighbourhood within Peterborough, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Peterborough metropolitan area.

Transportation

Pido is particularly car friendly. Most of the street network is made for driving, and parking is generally easy. However, the public transit in this part of the city is not very convenient. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Biking is challenging in Pido since the terrain is not especially flat, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. Nevertheless, cycling is more feasible in certain areas than others. Walking is also not very feasible for residents in Pido because running common errands is sometimes difficult without a vehicle.

Services

Pido does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, daycares are not especially abundant and consequently may require a long stroll to get to. Concerning eating, reaching the nearest grocery store as pedestrians is an option for some, but not all, home buyers in Pido. Residents benefit from a few restaurants and cafes as well.
