North Fonthill is a very good part of Pelham for driving. It is very easy to park. This part of Pelham is not particularly conducive to pedestrians because few daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle. The bike is a sometimes poor method of transportation in this neighbourhood as the bicycling network is not very extensive, and cyclists encounter quite a few hills.
