Transportation

Regardless of the mode of transportation, it is quite straightforward to move around in this part of Ottawa. This part of the city is reasonably car friendly. It is easy to come across a parking spot. This part of the city is also quite transit friendly due to about 20 nearby bus lines. Tanglewood is reasonably bicycling-friendly since the topography is flat, and Tanglewood features a fairly good cycling infrastructure. A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in areas that are not especially well-suited for those who travel by foot as few daily needs can be met by walking.

Services

A fraction of residents in this area may be able to do their groceries by walking, while others will have to turn to another means of transportation. A small selection of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. When it comes to education, parents and their children will appreciate that no matter where their house is situated in Tanglewood, primary schools are close by. On the other hand, high schools are not especially abundant and thus not always within walking distance.
