Transportation

Commuting by car is very easy in this area. It is very convenient to park. A majority of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not very well-suited for walking as almost no daily needs can be met on foot. The bicycle is a rather poor means of transportation in Kinburn since there are a good number of elevation changes, and the cycling network is quite bad.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of the city. Additionally, it can be very hard to get to daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding food, doing one's groceries usually demands the use of a car in this part of the city.
