The neighbourhood of Bronte is part of the town of Oakville, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is usually the favoured mode of transportation in Bronte. Accessing a parking spot is quite easy. However, Bronte is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Bronte is not especially bike-friendly because the topography is not particularly flat, and the bicycling infrastructure is rather limited. It is also at times challenging for pedestrians to get around in Bronte since few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

In Bronte, parents and their children will generally be able to access daycares and primary schools on foot. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood.
