The community of Courtland is part of the city of Norfolk County, Ontario, which is located in the Norfolk metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is usually the preferred way to navigate Courtland. It is very easy to find a parking spot, and most homes for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway. On the other hand, Courtland is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and most homes are near a bus stop. Commuting by bicycle is difficult in this part of the city because there are very few bike lanes. Thankfully, there are a limited number of slopes.
