Transportation

Most houses for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are quite convenient for walking, although day-to-day errands are sometimes difficult to run without the use of a car. On the other hand, Simcoe is not particularly bicycling-friendly because there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of hills to challenge cyclists. Travelling by transit can be challenging in this community as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. However, driving is often the best way to get around in this area. It is very easy to park.
