Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Boston. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. Boston is not very bike-friendly since the cycling network is not very well-developed, and there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave. It is also very inconvenient for people travelling on foot to navigate this community because almost no common errands can be run without having to use a vehicle.

Services

In all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is required to do groceries. In terms of education, it is a very short walk to reach primary schools from any location in this area. However, this part of the city does not have any high schools.

Character

Boston is good for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.

Housing

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing about 90% of dwellings in Boston. This area is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. About three quarters of the properties in the community are occupied by homeowners and one quarter are rented.
