Western Business Park is a neighbourhood within Mississauga, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in Western Business Park. It is very easy to access a place to park, and the street layout is conducive to cars. However, public transit users may have limited choices in Western Business Park as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Walking in this neighbourhood is not very common, although most day-to-day needs are easy to meet without the use of a car. This part of Mississauga is also not very conducive to biking because there are a fair number of elevation changes, and there are few bike lanes. Thankfully, some enjoyable areas for cycling can be found.

Services

In Western Business Park, parents and their kids will often be able to access schools and daycares on foot. When it comes to food, a grocery store is generally reachable within a rather short walk from most homes for sale in this neighbourhood. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Western Business Park. There are a few green spaces close by for residents to explore, like Brookmede Park, and they are very well-located, making it easy to get to them. Finally, it is relatively quiet in this part of the city, thanks to the presence of very few pedestrians.
