Transportation

East Credit is a fairly convenient part of Mississauga for pedestrians; most day-to-day needs are easy to meet by walking. Moving around by bicycle is also convenient in East Credit because the cycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive. The car is very often the favoured transportation option in this neighbourhood. Parking is easy, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, from any location in East Credit. On the other hand, the public transit network in this part of the city is somewhat poor. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by approximately 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close.
