Transportation

A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are reasonably well-suited for walking; many common errands can be run on foot. The public transit system in this area is not very practical. Nonetheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. In contrast, driving is often the best method to get around in Southcrest. Accessing a place to park is quite easy.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are straightforward to access on foot from anywhere in Southcrest. On the other hand, there are only a limited number of high schools and thus they can be a long walk away. Concerning food, a grocery store is usually reachable within a reasonably short walk from most homes for sale in Southcrest. Additionally, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of options, and property owners are served by a few cafes as well.

Character

Southcrest is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. This area is quiet overall, as the streets are generally quite calm.
