Transportation

The favoured approach to get around in North Beamsville is usually a car. Nearby highways, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, are easy to reach from any location in this area, and it is very convenient to park. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of the town is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines. Travelling on foot is not very convenient for home buyers in North Beamsville since many daily needs are challenging to meet without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Some, but not all, property owners in this area will live within walking distance of the nearest grocery store. There are also a few options for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Concerning education, high schools and primary schools are not especially abundant in North Beamsville, and thus not always within walking distance. Moreover, there are only a few daycares and therefore they can be an extended walk away.

Character

North Beamsville is reasonably good for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some parts can be quite loud, especially closer to the railway line or Queen Elizabeth Way.
