This neighbourhood is a fairly convenient part of Kitchener for pedestrians; most daily needs are easy to meet without needing to resort to a vehicle, and various businesses are quite nearby. This area will also appeal to physically active house buyers as it is reasonably suited for cycling. For instance, this part of the city features a fairly good bicycling infrastructure. With a few nearby bus lines, getting around by public transit is easy in Cherry Hill. The best mode of transportation in this part of Kitchener is often driving. Coming across a place to park is generally easy.

House buyers in Cherry Hill will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a short walk away. Residents can enjoy a few restaurants and cafes as well.
