Transportation

Cars are a great means of transportation in University of Waterloo Northwest Campus. Finding a place to park is easy. However, residents using public transit may have few options in this part of the city by reason of the infrequent service. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. It is easy to move around by bike in this neighbourhood as there are a fair number of bike lanes. This part of the city is not very well-suited for walking as few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

Doing one's groceries often requires the use of a car in University of Waterloo Northwest Campus. Nevertheless, getting to the closest pharmacy and thus some basic food items is usually convenient. With respect to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Waterloo. Likewise, daycares are not particularly plentiful and therefore not always within walking distance.

Character

University of Waterloo Northwest Campus is a good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. The noise levels in this part of the city are low, as the streets are tranquil. Lastly, although University of Waterloo Northwest Campus does not contain any parks, green spaces are especially well-spread out in nearby neighbourhoods, which results in them being easy to access from the majority of locations within this area.
