Part of the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area, Cooper is a neighbourhood within Cambridge, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is usually the best method to get around in Cooper. Nearby highways, such as Highway 401, are very easy to drive to from any location in this part of the city, and it is very convenient to park. However, Cooper is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Cooper is not particularly bike-friendly as the bicycling network is not very comprehensive. Thankfully, certain pleasant pockets for bicycling can be found, and riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. It is also impractical for people travelling on foot to move around in Cooper since carrying out daily needs is inconvenient.

Services

A car is typically required in Cooper to access the closest supermarket. Nonetheless, reaching the nearest pharmacy and accordingly some staple foods is typically straightforward. Residents are served by a few restaurants and cafes as well.
