Briardean is a neighbourhood within Cambridge, Ontario, which is located in the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area.

Transportation

Briardean is very car friendly. It is very easy to park, and most houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 401. On the other hand, Briardean is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and it is easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most houses. It is convenient to commute by bicycle in Briardean. This part of Cambridge is not very suitable for those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is challenging.

Services
