Part of the Greater Kingston metropolitan area, Waterloo Village is a neighbourhood within Kingston, Ontario.

Transportation

Cars are a very good transportation option in Waterloo Village. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, commuting by transit can be difficult in Waterloo Village as a result of the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally around the corner. Traveling as a pedestrian in this neighbourhood is not very common, although running common errands is convenient without a vehicle. It is also occasionally challenging to move around by bike in Waterloo Village since the bicycling network is not very extensive, and the terrain is not particularly flat.

Services

It is a very short walk to reach daycares and primary schools from any location in Waterloo Village. In contrast, there are no high schools in Waterloo Village.
