Transportation

Lindsay is very car friendly. It is easy to park, and it is a rather short car ride to the closest highway from any home in this community. It is at times difficult to get around by bike in this community as the area is not particularly flat, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive. Walking is also not especially practical for property owners in this part of Kawartha Lakes since few day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a car.

Services

Families will value that no matter where their home is located in this community, daycares and schools are close by. Parents have the choice between public and private elementary schools. Regarding eating, a supermarket is typically reachable within a reasonably short walk from most houses for sale in this part of the city.
