Rosedale will attract active people since it is reasonably well-suited for walking; many common errands can be run on foot. Commuting by bicycle is also easy in Rosedale. This neighbourhood is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. In contrast, driving is a very good means of transportation in this area. It is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Red Hill Valley Parkway, from anywhere in Rosedale, and it is easy to find a place to park.
