Part of the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area, Hill Park is a neighbourhood within Hamilton, Ontario.

Transportation

This part of the city will please homeowners that use a variety of means of transportation. The fairly good transit access allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. More specifically, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most houses. Hill Park is also well-suited for pedestrians; meeting day-to-day needs is convenient without a vehicle, and numerous businesses are reasonably close by. It is occasionally difficult to move around by bicycle in this neighbourhood since the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive. Nevertheless, the topography is reasonably flat.

Services

It is a rather short walk to reach schools and daycares from anywhere in Hill Park. When it comes to food, accessing the nearest supermarket as pedestrians is practical for some, but not all, property owners in Hill Park. However, this part of Hamilton is a good place in which to go out to eat, and residents can enjoy a few cafes as well.
