University benefits from a good public transit infrastructure owing to approximately 10 nearby bus lines. This neighbourhood is also very car friendly. It is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway from any home in University, and it is very convenient to find a place to park.

It is generally an option for house buyers in University to purchase their groceries by walking. Likewise, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a small selection of cafes can be found as well.
