Character

Roseland offers a slower-paced environment and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This part of Windsor is reasonably quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case near the railway line, Highway 401 or Dougall Parkway. Finally, parks, such as Captain Wilson, are very well-situated and there are approximately 30 of them nearby for residents to discover, resulting in them being easy to get to from many locations in the neighbourhood.
