The neighbourhood of City Centre is part of the city of Windsor, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Windsor metropolitan area.

Transportation

City Centre allows property owners to move around by a diversity of modes of transportation. Travelling by public transit is convenient in this part of Windsor owing to a few nearby bus lines. It is also very easy for people walking to move around in City Centre; many day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Cycling is convenient in this part of Windsor as there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling network is reasonably extensive.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to daycares and schools from any location in this neighbourhood. With respect to eating, the nearest supermarket in City Centre is typically only a very short stroll away. In addition, there is often a restaurant or cafe in close proximity.

Character

City Centre has a character that appeals to a fairly diverse group of people. Even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this part of Windsor, its busier streets are still quite lively, and finding one of the approximately 10 bars is very easy since they are generally situated in very convenient locations. The noise levels in City Centre are quite low, as the streets are usually calm. Public green spaces are easy to get to since there are about 20 of them close by for residents to explore.
