Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extremely good part of Markham for travelling by car. Nearby highways, such as Highway 407, are reasonably easy to reach from any location in this part of the city, and it is straightforward to park. In contrast, getting around by public transit is occasionally difficult in Unionville. Nevertheless, it is convenient to come across a nearby rapid transit station, including Highway 7 / Kennedy Rd, Highway 7 / Sciberras Rd and Hwy 7 / Town Centre with access to the purple | VIVA PURPLE, from the majority of houses in the neighbourhood. There is the Unionville on the Stouffville Line. There are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Cycling is easy in Unionville. On the other hand, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Markham, although running daily errands is easy by walking.

Services

Families will welcome that wherever their property is situated in this area, daycares and schools are close by. In terms of food, accessing the nearest supermarket by walking is possible for some, but not all, house buyers in Unionville. Conversely, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a limited variety of coffee shops can be found as well.

Character
