The former municipality of Scarborough is part of the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Scarborough permits homeowners to move around using a variety of methods of transportation. The public transit network in Scarborough is fairly good. In particular, commuters can depend on the Kennedy, Milliken and Guildwood with access to the Lakeshore East Line and Stouffville Line. There are many rapid transit stations on the Bloor - Danforth Line. The former municipality is served by over 50 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Scarborough is also suitable for those who travel by foot; running daily errands is convenient by walking. This part of Toronto is quite suited for biking.

Services

Schools and daycares are convenient to walk to from anywhere in Scarborough. With respect to eating, it is frequently feasible for house buyers in Scarborough to do grocery shopping on foot. Character
