Transportation

Active people will appreciate the walk-friendly character of Old Oakville; many common errands can be run on foot, and various businesses are nearby. The bike is a fairly good mode of transportation in Old Oakville. Driving is usually the preferred way to get around in this area. Many homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to park. However, residents using public transit may experience few options in Old Oakville by reason of the low service level.
