Transportation

It is convenient for pedestrians to navigate Observatory; many daily needs can be carried out on foot. Observatory is also quite bike-friendly. The public transit network in this part of the town is not particularly accessible. Thankfully, rapid transit stations, including Yonge / 16th-Carrville on the blue | VIVA BLUE, are not especially far from the bulk of properties in the neighbourhood. House owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. However, commuting by car is very convenient in Observatory. It is convenient to park.

Services

It is a short walk to access daycares and primary schools from most homes for sale in this part of the town. On the other hand, parents and their schoolchildren may find it challenging to access high schools on foot. As far as food is concerned, it is convenient to reach the nearest supermarket by walking in this area.
