Transportation

Northwest Oakville is very car friendly. The city block layout is quite amenable to driving, and it is especially convenient to park. However, getting around by transit can be very difficult in this area due to the low service level. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally a short walk away. Northwest Oakville is not very bike-friendly as there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave. Thankfully, biking is more feasible in certain sectors than others. Walking is also not very feasible for home buyers in Northwest Oakville because most daily needs are difficult to meet on foot.

Services

This neighbourhood does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, there are only a limited number of daycares and consequently they can be a long walk away.
