The neighbourhood of Nelson is part of the town of Milton, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a fairly good medium of transportation in Nelson. It is easy to park. In contrast, public transit users may have few choices in Nelson due to the service's low frequency. This area is not particularly conducive to pedestrians as meeting day-to-day needs is inconvenient without the use of a car. In contrast, it is convenient to commute by bike in this area because the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably well-developed.
