The neighbourhood of Midtown is part of the town of Ajax, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

The bicycle is a fairly good means of transportation in this part of Ajax. It is also easy for pedestrians to navigate Midtown; running common errands is convenient. Midtown is very car friendly. It is convenient to park, and it is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 401, from any location in this part of Ajax. On the other hand, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close.

Services

A grocery store is generally reachable within a short walk from any location in Midtown. Likewise, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner, for instance along Kingston Road.
