The neighbourhood of Lake Vista can be found in the town of Ajax, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

The best way to move around in this part of Ajax is usually a car. It is easy to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. In contrast, Lake Vista is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. This neighbourhood is fairly amenable to biking. In contrast, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of the town, even though many common errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

A portion of property owners in Lake Vista may be able to shop for groceries on foot, while others will have to turn to another means of transportation. That being said, it is convenient to travel to the closest coffee shop, and a small variety of restaurants is available in this area as well. With respect to education, in Lake Vista, parents and their children will usually be able to get to daycares and schools by walking.
