Harbord Village is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Harbord Village does not demand use of a car because various other modes of transportation are at the disposal of property owners. The public transit system in Harbord Village is very accessible. Rapid transit stations, such as Spadina Station - Eastbound Platform and Bathurst Station - Eastbound Platform on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), are not very far from the bulk of houses in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. It is also especially convenient for pedestrians to navigate this area; most daily needs are very easy to carry out without the use of a car, and plenty of businesses are very close by. Harbord Village is a very pleasant part of Toronto for bike riders. More specifically, there is always a bike-share station close by, and the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably good.
