Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Grandview is a neighbourhood within Markham, Ontario.

Transportation

This part of Markham enables property owners to travel using a diversity of modes of transportation. The public transit system in Grandview is fairly practical. Rapid transit stations, such as Yonge / Steeles with access to the Viva Blue, are not very far from the majority of properties in the neighbourhood. Homeowners benefit from approximately 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Grandview is also a fairly convenient part of Markham for pedestrians; many daily errands can be run without needing a vehicle, and numerous businesses are moderately close at hand. It is convenient to commute by bike in this part of the city.

Services

Families will appreciate that no matter where their home is situated in Grandview, both primary and secondary schools are close by. Along with public schools, there are private primary and high schools. However, families may find it difficult to access daycares without a car.
