This neighbourhood is also a fairly convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; many day-to-day needs can be carried out without having to use a car, and a variety of businesses are quite close by. Bicycling is at times difficult in Glen Park West since the bicycling infrastructure is not particularly comprehensive, and there are a good number of slopes to challenge cyclists.
