Concord is a neighbourhood within Vaughan, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Concord is an extraordinarily good part of Vaughan for driving. It is very easy to park, and many properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 400. However, travelling by public transit is at times challenging in Concord. Nevertheless, property owners are served by the Rutherford with access to the Barrie. There are a multitude of rapid transit stations with access to the Viva Orange and Line 1 (Yonge-University). There are about 30 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. It is easy to commute by bicycle in Concord. However, walking is not very common in this part of Vaughan, even though many daily needs can be met without having to use a car.

Services

Parents and their kids will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in Concord, primary schools and daycares are nearby. In contrast, families may consider it difficult for their children to get to high schools on foot. With respect to food, accessing one of approximately 10 grocery stores by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in Concord. Character

There is a wide selection of green spaces in Concord.
