Transportation

No matter the medium of transportation, it is rather simple to get around in Centennial Park. Driving is a great transportation option in this part of the city. Parking is easy, and it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Highway 427, from any home in Centennial Park. The transit service in this neighbourhood is fairly practical. In particular, house owners can depend on a multitude of rapid transit stations on the Meadowvale Express. The neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of Centennial Park, although carrying out daily needs is convenient without a car. However, moving around by bicycle is convenient in this neighbourhood since it is a flat ride to most destinations.

Services

Schools and daycares are very easy to reach as a pedestrian from most homes for sale in Centennial Park. Besides public schools, there are private elementary and high schools. When it comes to eating, it is very easy to reach the closest supermarket by foot in this part of Toronto. There are also a few restaurants and cafes in Centennial Park.

Character

Finally, this neighbourhood has many areas that are very serene and quiet; however other spots can be noisy, especially closer to Highway 427.

Housing

This part of Toronto offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy roughly three quarters of the dwellings in Centennial Park whereas renters occupy the remainder.
