Part of the Greater Sudbury metropolitan area, Skead is a community within Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in Skead. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. Skead is not very conducive to people who get around on foot as almost no daily errands can be run without a vehicle. This community is also not especially cycling-friendly because cyclists are faced with a significant amount of hills, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite bad.

People who prefer a slower-paced ambience will enjoy Skead. Skead is very quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
