Part of the Greater Sudbury metropolitan area, Coniston is a community within Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

Transportation

This community is particularly car friendly. It is very easy to park, and it is a very short drive to the nearest highway from any location in Coniston. However, this area is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is challenging to travel by bike in this part of the city as there is a considerable amount of elevation changes, and the bicycling infrastructure is fairly poor. It is also inconvenient for people walking to move around in Coniston since very few common errands can be run without needing a car.

Services

Families will appreciate the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, properties for sale in this area. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Coniston. Regarding food, it is very often an option for property owners in this community to purchase their groceries by walking.

Character
