Transportation

The favoured way to get around in Rural is usually a car. It is a rather short car ride to the closest highway, such as Highway 407, from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is especially convenient to park. However, the public transit network in this part of Burlington is not very practical. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is usually close by. The bike is a fairly poor method of transportation in this area as cyclists encounter a significant amount of elevation changes, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. It is also difficult for pedestrians to move around in this neighbourhood as meeting daily needs is impractical on foot.

Services
