Located within the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area, Red Hill is a neighbourhood in Hamilton, Ontario.

Transportation

The car is usually the favoured transportation option in this part of the city. Accessing a parking spot is quite easy, and many homes for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Red Hill Valley Parkway. In contrast, commuting by public transit is difficult in Red Hill. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Travelling by foot in this part of Hamilton is not very popular, although many common errands can be run on foot. On the other hand, it is convenient to move around by bike in this neighbourhood.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are convenient to get to on foot from anywhere in this part of Hamilton. However, there are no high schools in Red Hill. As far as eating is concerned, house buyers in Red Hill usually have to turn to a car to buy their groceries.
