Transportation

The favoured way to move around in East Mountain Area is usually a car. It is very easy to access a parking spot. In contrast, East Mountain Area is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. It is impractical for people walking to navigate East Mountain Area as few daily errands can be run without having to use a vehicle. Even though there are a limited number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists, and a few bicycling-friendly sectors exist, the bicycle is a somewhat poor method of transportation in this area because there are very few bike lanes.

Services

Reaching the nearest grocery store on foot is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in East Mountain Area. There are also a few choices for those who appreciate nearby restaurants. In terms of education, there are only a limited number of primary schools in this part of the city and consequently they can be a long walk away.
