The neighbourhood of Alberton South is part of the city of Hamilton, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Alberton South is particularly car friendly. Coming across a parking spot is easy, and nearby highways, such as Highway 403, are especially easy to access from any location in this part of the city. Alberton South is not very conducive to those who like to travel as pedestrians because very few common errands can be run without a car. This part of Hamilton is also not very cycling-friendly because there is a significant amount of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very well-developed.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. With regards to food, it is very rarely practical for house buyers in Alberton South to access the closest supermarket as pedestrians.
