1500 is an extremely convenient part of Hamilton for driving. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, commuting by public transit is very hard in 1500. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for property owners in 1500 as almost no common errands can be run without having to use a vehicle. The bike is a sometimes poor means of transportation in this area because there are a good number of elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.
