Transportation

Cars are a reasonably good transportation option in Chatham. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be difficult in Chatham due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually around the corner. Chatham is bicycling-friendly as riding is made easier by the generally flat terrain. This neighbourhood is not especially convenient for pedestrians as most daily needs are sometimes challenging to carry out without a car.

Services

In Chatham, parents and their children will typically be able to access schools and daycares as pedestrians. Apart from public schools, there are private primary and high schools.
