Transportation

Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in this part of the municipality. It is very convenient to come across a place to park. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of Chatham-Kent is not very frequent. Nevertheless, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Even though there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, cycling is difficult in Charing Cross as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are also not very well-suited for walking as many daily needs are very inconvenient to carry out on foot.

Services

In all cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries. In terms of education, families will welcome that no matter where their property is situated in this neighbourhood, primary schools are nearby. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Charing Cross.
